Travel on Peak provides private transportation and tour services across Japan. By booking our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
 
 
2. Booking Confirmation
 
All bookings are subject to availability. Your booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or message from Travel on Peak.
 
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or operational limitations.
 
 
3. Payment Terms
 
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking. Payment can be made through approved payment methods including website payment, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
 
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
 
 
4. Cancellation Policy
•Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
•Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
•No refund will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.
 
 
5. Tour Duration and Overtime
 
Tours typically operate within the agreed duration (usually 8–10 hours). Additional hours requested by the customer will be subject to extra charges.
 
 
6. Pickup and Drop-off
 
Pickup and drop-off are available within designated service areas. Additional charges may apply for locations outside standard service zones.
 
Customers must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
 
 
7. Customer Responsibilities
 
Customers are responsible for:
•Providing accurate pickup information
•Being ready on time
•Following local laws and safety instructions
•Respecting the vehicle and driver
 
Travel on Peak reserves the right to terminate the tour without refund in case of unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
 
 
8. Itinerary and Flexibility
 
Tours are customizable. However, the final itinerary may be adjusted due to:

9. Weather and Force Majeure
 
Travel on Peak is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including:

•Road closures
•Traffic delays
•Government restrictions
 
No refunds will be provided in such cases.
 
 
10. Liability
 
Travel on Peak provides transportation services but is not responsible for:
•Loss of personal belongings
•Delays due to traffic or weather
•Missed flights, trains, or reservations
 
Customers are responsible for their personal items at all times.
 
 
11. Vehicle and Service Conditions
 
Vehicle type may vary depending on availability and group size. All vehicles are maintained for safety and comfort.
 
 
12. Luggage Policy
 
Limited luggage space is available. Customers must inform us in advance about luggage size and quantity.
 
 
13. Insurance
 
Our vehicles are insured in accordance with Japanese transportation regulations. However, customers are encouraged to have personal travel insurance.
